Condition: System is used, has been tested to be in very good working condition.  Modules will come with labels on DTP in/out ports and cables to help facilitate wiring the modules together.  v6 Win 10 Process PC has DASWare Control 5 (v5.6.4)Professional license for an 8-fold system. Setup process, including initial calibration procedure is detailed in the manuals. Digital manuals are available on the process PC.  System was throughly tested & cleaned. Vessels were disassembled, inspected, sanitized, and shaft bearings & o-rings were replaced where necessary.  All sensors were tested, and gave results within the expected range.  Modules were tested for all functions, ie: pumps, measurement, gassing, temp.  All modules were configured in DASWare, and functioned properly.

Description:

The Eppendorf DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor System is designed for labs that need faster, more reproducible process development without sacrificing control. By running up to eight bioreactors in parallel from a single software environment, this system makes it easier to compare media, feeding strategies, gassing conditions, agitation profiles, and other process variables side by side. Eppendorf positions the DASGIP platform for research and process development in working volumes from 200 mL to 1.8 L, with modular control architecture and support for both microbial and cell culture workflows.

This configuration is especially well suited for microbial fermentation labs looking for a compact, data-rich scale-down and optimization platform. The included 8 × 1.5 L glass vessels, Rushton agitation, bioblock temperature control, and microbial gassing capability up to 250 sL/h make it a strong fit for parallel screening, media optimization, seed-train development, and early process characterization.
