We want you to feel satisfied with your purchase. Most items incude a 30 day warranty to guarantee the performance of the item within the first (30 days of receiving it. If you experience an issue wit your purchase in the first (30), please emails: support@pnwscientific.com, and detail the issue you are expeienceing, along with your original invoice number.
If a purchase is deemed to be non-repairable, we may elect to replace it, or to give a refund if an item cannot be replaced.
  • NOTE: Any items that are listed "AS-IS" in their respective description. These items are generally untested, and their full functionality may not be known. We do our best to accurately describe the condition of each item.  AS-IS items do not include a warranty.

Repair Process
To have an item repaired under warranty, please email: support@pnwscientific.com, and you will be issued a repair authorization number and given further instructions on how to return your item to us for repair.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your item.

Please Note

  • Return shipping fees will not apply if you received the wrong item.
  • All new, unopened items are no longer returnable once they have been opened as they are no longer in the same condition in which they were received.
