We want you to feel satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned for a refund (not including shipping or packing fees) within thirty (30) days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and an item must be in its original condition, and the packaging it was received in.
A 30% restocking may apply if an item is not returned in its original condition.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any items that are listed "AS-IS" in their respective description. These items are generally untested, and their full functionality may not be known. We do our best to accurately describe the condition of each item.
To return an item, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org, and you will be issued a return authorization number and given further instructions on how to return your item.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item for us to inspect and process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed, and a refund has been issued.
- Return shipping fees will not apply if you received the wrong item.
- Items must be in their original condition.
- All new, unopened items are no longer returnable once they have been opened as they are no longer in the same condition in which they were received.
